Cancellation Policy for the Millionaire’s Club Coaching Program:

Thank you for choosing the Millionaire’s Club coaching program. We are committed to providing you with exceptional coaching and support throughout your real estate journey. Please carefully review our cancellation policy, as follows:

Cancellation Requests:

1.1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email only.

1.2. Your cancellation request must include your full name, program name, and the reason for cancellation.

  1. 1.3. Verbal, text or phone requests will not be considered as valid cancellations.

Payment Obligation:

2.1. By enrolling in our real estate coaching program, you acknowledge and agree that you are obligated to pay the entire program fee in full.

  1. 2.2. If you choose to cancel your participation in the program, you will still be required to pay the remaining balance of the program fee in full, regardless of the cancellation date. 

  2. 2.3 Under no circumstances will any monies paid be refundable.

Transfer of Enrollment:

3.1. In some cases, if you are unable to continue with the coaching program as planned, you may have the option to transfer your enrollment to a future session of the same program, subject to availability and approval from our team.

3.2. Any transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the program commencement date.

  1. 3.3. A transfer fee may apply, and any price difference between the current and future program may also be applicable.

Program Changes or Cancellations by Us:

4.1. We reserve the right to make changes to the program schedule, content, or coaching personnel, as necessary.

4.2. In the event that we need to cancel the coaching program, you will be notified as soon as possible.

  1. 4.3. If the program is canceled by us, you will not be required to make any further payments.
